spacex.thumb.jpg.b1ac9e4cba45f512af2f383ba9b883de.jpgSpaceX's Dragon capsule has docked with the International Space Station on Nov 17th and was a massive success.  This is the second time SpaceX has launched a shuttle with astronauts onboard, but the first was just a test run.  It marks the first time that astronauts have launched from the United States since NASA stopped their shuttle program years ago and appears to be a bright future for the space industry.

Three American and One Japanese Astronaut were aboard the shuttle and will begin their half year long stay on the station.  SpaceX is expected to be the company to send their relief when the time comes, although Boeing is making a large push into the space industry as well and will likely be apart of future launches.

Elon Musk was unable to directly attend the launch as he is currently battling an infection of some kind.  We do not know if it is COVID-19 related at this time, but nothing makes us believe it is and Musk's distanced approach seemed precautionary.
