Herb Garden

Recommended Posts

I have always wanted to plant various types of the herbs into my container garden. I am thinking about planting the oregano, mint and few others. And hoping that I can later use those type of the herbs for the home use.

Have you ever planted herbs in your garden?

I am definitely making that a serious approach as time comes considering this pandemic will make many of us have less work that it was 1 year back. So I think having hobby like garden would be good. And also it can be productive hobby considering herbs and fruits or veggies can be used back.

I always like having mint. Spearmint being the best one as I make tea with it. I used to have a stevia plant but I used the leaves up in my tea lol We've had basil but I think it would have done better if we repotted it. It wilted quite fast after we bought it.

I keep wanting to grow mint for some tea as we are slightly too cold for actual teat plants.

I did plant some rosemary this year that is supposed to be cold hardy and while it is looking super healthy... it hasn't grown even a needle in about 3 months lol.
